Manufacturing quality products and customer satisfaction are our two greatest priorities at GRT Electronics. To that end, we have a thorough quality management system that is certified by the ISO.

Quality Policy

GRT Electronics is commited to its Quality Policy, which includes the 4 following objectives:

• Have no more than a 2% Defect Operation.
• Meet and exceed our customers\' expectations with regard to quality and schedules.
• Conduct the company\'s business efficiently.
• Continuously seek ways to improve our accomplishment of the quality mission.

ESD Safety

All of our manufacturing personnel are trained in ESD safety. All employees and visitors are required to wear ESD safe smocks when on the manufacturing floor in order to protect sensitive electrical equipment and components involved in the production process. All of our personnel practice ESD safety procedures when handling electrostatic sensitive materials to ensure the safety and longevity of function in electronic components in the process of being manufactured.

ISO 9001:2015 Registered

As mentioned above, GRT Electronics is ISO 9001:2015 registered through Advantage Registrar International. This means our quality managment system is checked and verified by the International Standards Organization. Because of this, we maintain strict control over our documentation and records, inspect materials thoroughly (incoming, in-process, and outgoing), and have a tried-and-true internal review system.
